Profile
Chloe Jones serves as legal counsel on Alliance Defending Freedom’s Appellate Advocacy Team, where she represents clients before federal and state courts of appeals. She joined ADF in 2024 as an Appellate Fellow. Before her fellowship, she clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas for Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk and on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for Judge Andrew L. Brasher.
Chloe graduated with highest honors from Baylor University’s honors college as a University Scholar with concentrations in political science and philosophy. After graduation, she briefly worked in Washington, DC, where she interned at the White House and the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division at the Department of Health & Human Services. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022, where she served as president of the award-winning Federalist Society chapter and as an editor on the Virginia Law Review. During law school she worked for the U.S. Senate and for an Atlanta-based law firm, was commissioned as a Blackstone Fellow, and later served as a mentor for ADF’s Blackstone Legal Fellowship.
She is a member of the Georgia bar and is admitted to practice before various courts of appeals. In her free time, Chloe enjoys antique shopping, volunteering with children, and reading books of all genres.
