Paula Mateer is a consultant at Deloitte in the Strategy & Analytics practice – where she has advised multiple Fortune 100 clients on strategic decisions around Mergers & Acquisitions, Customer Strategy and Loyalty. She completed her MS in Finance and BS in Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, awarded a full-ride academic scholarship from the Boettcher Foundation for Colorado’s top students and future leaders. Born in Colombia, and growing up in the United States, United Kingdom and South Africa, Paula has native fluency in English, Spanish and speaks Portuguese. Paula has been involved with Engage International since 2020, organizing student groups to be equipped to defend the faith and strengthened in their faith. In her local church, she is involved in a Precepts study group – encouraging the next generation to study the Bible deeply and know God personally.
