Dale Fields serves as Director of Church Engagement for Engage International, where he works to strengthen partnerships with churches and equip believers to engage the questions, challenges, and opportunities facing the Christian faith today. With more than two decades of experience in pastoral ministry, Christian education, and leadership development, Dale brings a deep passion for helping the Church grow in biblical depth, spiritual maturity, and cultural engagement.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Dale has served in ministry leadership since 2001 and currently serves as Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church. He has been a featured speaker at events hosted by the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia and the Kentucky Baptist Convention, and has taught Bible and music courses in Christian schools in both Kentucky and Virginia.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry in Ministry Leadership from Liberty University.
Dale and his wife, Hannah, have been married for 22 years and have four children: Grace, Micah, Sam, and Annie. Outside of ministry, Dale enjoys reading, playing piano, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
