Profile
Paul Copan (Ph.D., philosophy, Marquette University) is Professor and Pledger Family Chair of Philosophy and Ethics at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is author and editor of about 40 books, and he has contributed chapters to around 40 edited books as well.
He has contributed articles and book reviews to various professional journals as well: Philosophia Christi, Faith and Philosophy, Trinity Journal, the Journal for the Evangelical Theological Society, and The Review of Metaphysics.
For six years, he was president of the Evangelical Philosophical Society, and he was a visiting scholar at Oxford University (2017). In light of his well-received book Is God a Moral Monster (2011), the author is working on a successor volume, Is God a Vindictive Bully? (Baker Academic 2022)
