Engage International was birthed out of a call to preach the Word of Christ in evangelistic events as well as through equipping the church in discipleship and apologetic training. This call comes with great responsibility. Thus, we believe that we must hold ourselves accountable and strive to walk in a manner worthy of the call of Christ with integrity, honor and respect. We, as individuals and as an organization, strive to live a life that is characterized by truthfulness, honesty, vulnerability, integrity, and teachabilty.

In Ministry – Sound doctrine and godly living are equally important. At Engage International, we recognize that how we pursue our mission is as important as the mission itself.
In Personal Character – We recognize that the integrity of Engage International rests upon each of us acting in a manner worthy of His calling, not discrediting the message by our conduct and being “above reproach” as ambassadors for Christ.

In everything, we strive for excellence, driven by a desire to please God, not man. Therefore, it is not only excellence in our endeavors but excellence in the motivation of such actions that is required. We strive to be motivated by a love for God, His Glory and His Word. Out of such a motivation comes passion and commitment through the strength of His Spirit.

Engage International does not see itself as a separate entity apart from the body of Christ but rather as an arm of the church that goes out into the world, engaging people with the truth and the beauty of the Gospel and coming alongside the Church in its mission of helping believers grow in their understanding of God and His ways.
As the body of Christ we are interdependent; the success of each part is contingent on the success of all its other parts.
We believe that collaboration is a vital and crucial component that enables us to draw on each other’s strengths for a more effective presentation of the gospel.
